Description
Liberty Pumps 283-3 is a cast iron Submersible Effluent/Sump Pump includes a fully adjustable Wide-Angle Float with Series Plug recommended for pumping of drainage, effluent and waste water, and other non-corrosive, non-explosive liquids. The 280-series utilizes a single phase permanent split capacitor motor at 1/2 HP that produces a flow rate of 20 GPM at 30 feet of head and has a shut-off head of 37 feet. Liberty 283-3 Submersible Effluent/Sump Pump operates at 115V, 8.5 Amp, and 60 Hz with maximum fluid temperature of 140F. The convenient piggy-back plug allows for manual operation without the removal of the pump.
Liberty 283-3 Effluent/Sump Pump has a 1 1/2 inch Discharge with 3/4 inch solids-handling capability, covers a wide-range of low-head to mid-range pump applications.
