Description
Crassula ‘Morgan’s Beauty’ is a grey-green succulent with large paddle-shaped leaves arranged in compact rosettes, offering a sculptural accent for bright indoor spaces or sun-loving containers.
- Hybrid: Hybrid of Crassula perfoliata var. minor and Crassula mesembrianthemopsis.
- Leaves & Rosettes: Large paddle-shaped leaves forming dense, layered rosettes with a grey-green tone.
- Flowers: Dense, fragrant pink flower clusters that form at the tip of the rosette.
- Container & Stage: Containers are basic plastic nursery stock approx. 2″ tall and across the top; these are juvenile specimens, and some containers may hold 1–4 smaller rooted plants.
- Light & Care: Crassula prefer full sun to partial shade; intense afternoon sun can burn foliage; can be grown indoors near a bright south-facing window; plant in well-draining soil and avoid overwatering to prevent root rot.
- Propagation: Propagation is easy by leaf or stem cuttings, and by seed.
- Growth & Variability: Size and color may vary based on time of year, growing temperatures, length of days, and their growing seasons; succulents slow during the coldest months and often rebound in spring/summer.
- Hardiness: Most Crassula varieties will not survive a hard frost.
- Maturity: Juvenile specimens; small imperfections are typical and tend to improve as the plant matures.
- Stock & Availability: Stock is updated as new types become available; today’s selection may not be available tomorrow.
Benefits: The sculptural rosettes and soft grey-green palette bring a contemporary, low-maintenance touch to shelves, desks, or terrariums. With bright light and well-draining soil, this succulent is relatively easy to care for and can be propagated from leaf or stem cuttings to expand your collection. The pink flower clusters provide a seasonal, fragrant focal point, enhancing any sunny indoor space without demanding complicated maintenance.
