About This Product
SharkBite ProLock fittings offer a reliable, full-flow Push-to-Connect solution designed for use with PEX, copper, CPVC, PE-RT, and HDPE pipe. Engineered for ease and performance, these fittings connect without the need for tools. Stainless steel teeth within the collet grip the pipe securely, while an EPDM O-ring ensures a watertight seal. The twist-to-lock mechanism adds an extra layer of security-simply align the indicator arrows and twist the cap to lock the pipe in place. Removing the fitting is just as easy: twist the cap counterclockwise and depress the collet to release the pipe. Ideal for hot and cold potable water as well as hydronic heating applications, ProLock fittings are also approved for behind-the-wall installations.
